Please read the following T&C’s for Skype Yoga Sessions
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled session. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full to the client.
2.) LATE ARRIVALS
Each session shall be 60 minutes in length. Sessions will not be extended (unless time is available) due to the lateness of the client or due to interruptions caused by the client. Set-up and preparation should be done prior to scheduled start time.
3.) ALL THE INFORMATION I HAVE GIVEN IS CORRECT
I attest that the above information is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I agree to not contact Aleksandra Tanasic or Yoga Aleks later to discuss or provide in written form any changes.
4.) WAIVER AGREEMENT
I hereby agree that I understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, adjust the posture and ask for support from the teacher. I will continue to breathe smoothly. Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. I affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice yoga. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or hereafter may have against Aleksandra Tanasic or Yoga Aleks. I agree to assume all risks & liability related to or resulting from any & all activities. I agree that neither I nor any third party will hold Yoga Aleks or Aleksandra Tanasic or her agents, insurers, family, or heirs liable for any injury, loss, or damage to my own person or any members of my family, friends, acquaintances, pets, or property, arising directly from or as a consequence of participating in this class.
